Heather "Ropes" Balão is a character in Birdland. She is a camp counsellor, specifically the Ropes and Climbing instructor.
Personality[]
Heather is strict about ropes course safety, making sure that only one person is on each section of the course at a time. Loudly alerting campers when they are breaking the rules. She is shown to be slightly stern and aggressive.
However, she still has a soft side. She is shown to be supportive of Bridget, telling her that she's perfectly safe and can handle the ropes course, but also allowing her her to do knot tying when it becomes clear that she's not going to have fun.
Character biography[]
After being taken over by the birds on July 18, Heather interrogates the campers about what the climbing gear does and why only one camper can be on the ropes course at a time. She pretends to be testing the campers' knowledge, even though she is actually collecting information.
Heather loses the ropes course round of the Summer Camp Olympics. First she refuses to start the course without a spotter, then she refuses to start while Bridget is still on the course. Even when Bridget almost falls, Bell gets away with holding her up because Bell is not technically on the course, so Bridget makes it to the end and wins.
